Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before appointment without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by phone or email prior to the 48 hour mark.

You can notify us of your decision by e-mail admin@championheads.com or phone 0493 235 258.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the notification of cancellation. Details of the Australian bank account number, BSB and account name must be emailed for provided by text for reimbursement. .

Gift Certificates:

If the appointment was funded by a gift certificate, you'll receive a gift credit for the equivalent value.
